Rooms and Rates There are 12 rooms, and two types of rooms on property — Standard Queen rooms and Superior King rooms. All rooms are decorated individually with different color schemes and styles. While rooms vary in size and location on the property, all rooms are furnished with amenities to make each guest's stay more comfortable. All rooms are non-smoking The six Standard rooms include: Queen bed, small fridge & microwave, small open patio Regular Season Rates: $129
The six Superior rooms include: King bed, larger seating area, fully appointed kitchen, private enclosed patio Regular Season Rates: $169

Standard and Superior rooms adjoin and can be combined to create a two-bedroom suite — ideal for couples who want to retain privacy for bed and bath but share common areas.
